Shipping policy

Delivery costs are Flat rate: $9.90 within SA, and $20 to all other States.  We offer FREE delivery within McLaren Vale.

PLEASE READ: Please note that additional safety measures are adopted to protect people and customers during the 2020-2022 pandemic. Fewer domestic flights and increased shipping volumes have meant that couriers, and Australia Post in particular, may experience delays.

TIP: Send your gifts as early as possible and we'll put a PLEASE OPEN ME ON (insert date). note to the outside of your gift (just tell us the date you would like in the "Delivery instructions" that appears during checkout).

In general, our delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We can not give an exact time of delivery but orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for interstate orders.  If your order is urgent, please call to discuss your needs.

A confirmation email or text will be sent once our courier advises that delivery has been made. If you have a preferred time of delivery we will do our best to accommodate you. If you require delivery out of these hours or on weekends please send an enquiry by email, text message or phone call. An additional delivery fee will be charged if an address is incorrect or if the courier is unable to access the property to leave the gift safely.

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over. It is always a good idea to leave the recipient's contact details on your order (which will only be used if the courier has concerns or issues when delivering the gift items).
