Who is Behind Ginny Pig?
We are Craig & Bec, a husband and wife team working hard to make our dream of running our very own distillery come true. We are based on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia where we use traditional distilling techniques, small batch production and the highest quality botanicals (including native and home-grown ingredients). Frequently creating new varieties and tinkering with our favourites, our gins are inspired by the seasons and happy memories of family and friends. Everything we do is produced by hand and made with love.
Nursing has been our love but our passion is Gin! Bec works as a Palliative care nurse & Craig is a nurse in a fast paced surgical ward. Both areas are pretty taxing on the body and brain & with nearly 50 years’ experience between us, our minds started dreaming of something a little more creative. That’s where our gin came to life!
We are very proud of our gins and we are excited to be able to share them with you.
