This classic Australian style is luscious and sweet with honey, toffee, fig and rose aromas. It has a long palate tasting of buttered honey, cold tea and malty maple syrup. It is recommended that this is best served with grilled figs with honey, sticky date pudding or bacon. Classic Topaque is ready to drink when purchased, and should be consumed within 3-4 weeks of opening for freshness. 500ml
