Polka is South Australia’s newest non-alcoholic drinks company with a mission to help people ‘rethink the way they drink’. Founded in Adelaide by Ben Mellows and Emma Smithson, the company offers a range of low calorie, alcohol free alternatives that look and taste like the real thing.
Polka’s current lineup includes their De-Alc Sparkling Cuvée which is made with a specialised blend of 11 white wine varietals, each selected to balance the flavour and texture once the alcohol is removed. In addition, their Non-Alc Botanical Spirit comprises of a unique botanical blend of juniper, pepper berry and pink grapefruit which bring their spirit into a world of traditional flavours and aromas you’d only expect from a high proof gin.
